About the event
This workshop welcomes all mamas, from beginners to experienced breathers.
Please note that this workshop is designed for an intimate group, and space is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
In a nurturing community of mothers, we will use a conscious connected breathing pattern to release emotional and physical tension from the body, deepen your awareness of feelings and sensations, and promote self-exploration, healing, and vitality.
Through breathwork and intention-setting, you will enhance your connection with your child and yourself. You will also learn how your nervous system co-regulates with your child and how to set meaningful intentions for your relationship.
What is Conscious Connected Breathing?
Conscious Connected Breathing is an active, therapeutic breathing technique where increased oxygen intake creates energy within the body, allowing for enhanced awareness of mind, body, and emotions.
This is the breathing technique used in what is often referred to as a 'breathwork journey', and releases blocked energy and emotions in the body.
